OCZ Technology: DDR500 SDRAM kits, complete Performance series
OCZ Technology announced the release of its new DDR500 SDRAM (PC4400) kit for dual-channel systems like i865 and i875. It´s underlined that the maximal clock speeds are to be reached with exactly these core logic (due to modules´ OCZ HyperSpeed technology). At 550MHz modules have 3-4-4-8 timings. It´s also mentioned that PCB circuitry and microcodes might prevent modules from working with lower timings independently on clock speeds.

OCZ PC-4400 Performance solutions support the Extended Voltage Protection (EVP) technology enabling to raise the voltage up to 2.9±5%.
The company offers two kits on these solutions: 512MB (PN-OCZ550512PFDC-K) and 1GB (PN-OCZ5501024PFDC-K). The entire Performance series (at the moment of publication) is summarized below:
