Another mystery of our Hardware Museum

Inspired by the popularity of our last riddle, Andrew Vorobyev, the Editor of our Video section and the keeper of the Hardware Museum, continued to literally uncover processor rarities.

Today riddle is some easier, however I don´t think that everyone will at once recognize this chip and its clock speed. Give it a try! :-)
