Photo of the day: a mystery of our Hardware Museum

Digging through piles of exhibits received for our Hardware Museum, its keeper Andrew Vorobyev found an interesting processor, "menace" of days bygone. I guess this time was no exception for Andrew´s habit of literally uncovering everything he gets. :)

As a result we received such a photo riddle. I wonder whether our readers recognize this CPU and determine its clock speed?
