Samsung officially releases 512MB DDR466 SDRAM DIMM modules with CL=3
Korean Samsung Electronics officially confirmed the release of its new DDR466 SDRAM (PC3700) modules and introduced the 512MB solutions with CL=3 for about $150 (abroad). This week we should also see such 256MB modules as well.
- 64Mx64 organization
- 4B banks / SSTL2 interface
- 8K/64ms refresh time
- 16 x 32Mx8 chips
- Vdd=2.6V ± 0.1V, Vddq=2.6V ± 0.1V voltage
- 233MHz clock at CL=3
- 3-4-4 CL-tRCD-tRP
