With great pleasure we report that the well-known Australian Sony Music Studios Sidney began using the RightMark Audio Analyzer 5.2, the Independent Audio Benchmarking Project.
Specialists from Sony Music Studios, Sydney, already use RMAA 5.2 suite to tune the 72-channel Neve VRSP professional console.
Currently the list of companies and editions that use RMAA includes 3DSoundSurge, AnandTech, Clubic.com, ExtremeTech, Firingsquad, Hardware.fr, GZeasy.com, Sound On Sound, Sony Music Studios, Sydney, SVEN-Audio, Tom´s Hardware.
RightMark Audio Analyzer is the independent audio measurements open-source project developed by iXBT.com.
The RightMark Audio Analyzer test kit is designed for testing acoustic capabilities of sound cards and systems. The testing is conducted by playing and recording test signals that pass along the tested path. Obtained results can be saved and browsed. For those unfamiliar with measured technical specs, the kit provides results such as "bad", "average", "good", "very good", "excellent".
