Converting a Thermalright SP-94 (P4) HS for AMD @ Bitbender Forums "I first did some visual research on the Net, I visited Thermalright´s site
and found the installation page for the SP-94. To my great joy, they showed
an adaptor plate used as the rear mounting and supporting structure for the
sink. Best of all though, was that it showed 4 extra holes that looked to me
to be the same layout as the AMD 4 hole mounting. I was ecstatic, a
universal mounting plate!"

The card itself has pretty impressive performance when compared to the Radeon 9800XT from PowerColor. In fact, the card has very good overclocking potential. I knew of some people who managed to overclock the memory to 1050 or more. Well sometimes overclocking really depends on luck and we wanted to show something that will work. Read more at OCW. Zalman "Theatre 6" Headphones Review @ G3D "Well, this is ironic... a renowned heatsink, fan, and powersupply
company, that has its whole mission statement based around the pursuit
of quiet computing, now wants to MAKE noise rather than prevent it."

The MCX4000 vs PAL8942 review is more then a year old. And it is time again to find out who´s the king of the Pentium 4 aircoolers.!" Read more at Madshrimps. Aerocool UV LED Case Fan Review @ Bjorn3D "After plugging this fan in and hearing very little noise, I believe the "Silence Solution" label on these fans is accurate. However, it is only running at 2000 RPM, so there is no reason for it to be loud really. Also, the four UV LEDs shine very bright. I´m sure it would only take a couple of these to fully light up a mid-tower case. Or using only one, assuming it´s in the right place, could provide enough light in a case to make a lot of people happy." Read more at Bjorn3D. WD and Maxtor external hard drives @ TrustedReviews "Maxtor has saddled its Personal Storage 5000 OneTouch 250GB USB 2/FireWire external hard drive with an unwieldy name, but the drive itself is a sleek product designed to make it as easy as possible to perform data backups. The drive has an extruded aluminium housing that can lie flat or sit vertically in the supplied stand. Apart from the Maxtor logo stamped on the side of the case, it´s a fairly innocuous unit that would sit on any desk waiting for its daily call into action." Read more at TrustedReviews.
