HWZ review: Seagate Momentus 40GB (5400RPM) "The Seagate Momentus 2.5-inch hard disk drive has not made it to the retail stores although Seagate told us that they have already started shipping to notebook manufacturers and OEMs. Thus, we´re unable to provide an accurate pricing but we guess that it´ll probably be priced competitively against other 5400RPM models with the same cache size. Sadly, unlike Hitachi´s Travelstar series which is warranted against defects for three years, the Momentus comes with only a one-year warranty period." Read more at HardwareZone. still images in the JPEG format and movies in the MPEG-4 format.
