Matsushita announces 128Mb miniSD cards

Matsushita announced 128Mb miniSD card (RP-SS128BJ1K) that will go on sale November 15. The 32 and 64 Mb cards were introduced in July.

Sized 20x21.5x1.4mm, such card weighs 1g. It provides 2Mb/s throughput like SD cards. The bundle includes adapter for SD slots. In May cards of the this standard were also announced by SanDisk.

Today such cards are used in Casio A5403CA, NTT DoCoMo 505i.
