Citizen introduces credit card-sized PDA
Citizen Watch, known by its miniature electronics, introduced the miniature PDA concept considerably smaller than existing PDAs – just 60x90x9.3mm at 70g. Actually slightly larger than a usual credit card.

The model bases on 48MHz ARM720, has 240x320 LCD with 16-color grayscale, IrDa and USB ports, SDIO slot supporting Bluetooth or Wi-Fi adapters. The PDA works under µITRON4 OS, and the built-in Li-Ion batteries are enough for 30 hours of operation.
Currently the PDA exists like a nameless concept only, however Citizen says it will be priced $200, when the volume shipments start.
