ToMMTi-Systems releases 3D-Analyze 2.25b — Cormac @ 13:16
ToMMTi-Systems announced a new version of its 3D-Analyze tool. The v2.25b contains the following new features (and some bugfixes):
- Added "force anisotropic filtering" for DirectX 8, 9 and OpenGL — enables max. aniso. filtering and trilinear mipmap interpolation;
- Added "Color MipMap" options for DirectX 8 and 9 — shows colored mipmaps in every DirectX 8 and 9 app/game;
- Added "ANTI-DETECT-MODE" — prevents vertex shaders, pixel shaders and textures from detection by the display driver, usefull for benchmarks;
- Added z-buffer options (force to 24 bit) — usefull for some old games like Grand Prix 4 to improve the image quality.
Besides, the 2.25b fixes the DirectX9 Halo bug and enables to change VendorID and DEVICE ID — with VendorID: 4131 and DEVICE ID: 8704 Halo runs without HW T&L and Pixel Shaders.
