Super-Flower Fan Master @ EOC "Super-Flower and TTGI, Traditional Technology Group Inc. is already one of the top makers of PC power supplies and cases. We have already reviewed products from them in the past: the TT-350SS, and the TT-520SS. Today we are going to have a look at what they can do for the fan bus market." Read more at EOC. Antec Minuet Case Review @ MonkeyReview "Opening the Antec Minuet gave way to a couple of interesting findings. The initial one that pointed out was the lack of any fans for cooling/air circulation. Antec has given us a place in the rear to install a 40mm intake/exhaust. My personal recommendation: that it be used as an exhaust. Inside we also see how Antec has remedied the cumbersome job of installing a 5.25” or 3.5” drive/device. The removable drive bay, which is capable of housing the following drives 5.25” x 1, 3.5” external x 1, 3.5” internal x 1, is equipped with metal pegs on the side which fit into groves in the case. This allows it to move up and down freely and ultimately be removed completely." Read more at MonkeyReview. Belkin High-Speed USB 2.0 Computer Upgrade Kit @ JSI Hardware "Back in the 1980’s when the ZX spectrum, Atari and Commodore computers where the in thing, people would wait patiently for up to an hour for a game to load, and that’s only if it did not crash half way through. Nowadays the speed of data transfer just gets faster and faster, and that’s where Belkin’s new USB 2.0 Upgrade kit comes in" Read more at JSI Hardware. Philips HDD100 @ TrustedReviews "If there was ever a product that showcased the new Philips design ethos, this is it. The HDD100 is a stunning looking device, that will turn heads whenever you take it out of its carrying pouch. In fact almost every time I took the HDD100 out of my pocket on a train or a plane, someone would ask me what it was and where I got it from." Read more at TrustedReviews. AMD Duron Applebred vs. Athlon XP Thoroughbred @ Madshrimps "Recently AMD introduced its new durons. We bought one of them, the 1.6 ghz version. The most interesting part of this cpu is its core voltage, only 1.5 V. This cpu begged to be compared with an Athlon XP, dlt3c (known for reaching speeds up to 2700Mhz!). Is the new Duron an equally good overclocker ? Maybe even better ? Find out in this review." Read more at Madshrimps. Bjorn3d Reviews the Kingwin K-11-BK-WM Aluminum Case "The case has an awesome black paint job that I have fallen in love with. I have jarred, moved, scraped, and banged this case around already and have yet to notice a mark on it. Not only is the outside painted, but the entire inside of the case is coated with the exact same paint job. Very cool to say the least. The color really adds to the overall look and quality of the case. The coating is pristine and very well done." Read more at Bjorn3D. Kingmax SuperRAM 512MB DDR433 @ Legion Hardware "The SuperRAM DDR433 memory modules are not exactly what I would call a ‘good’ product, however I would not go as far as to say that they are ‘bad’. For a start forget about overclocking with these modules is my advice. I believe a true overclocker looking to get the most out of their hardware would or should give these modules a miss for several reasons. There is no better reason than the one that was evident with the SuperRAM DDR400 series." Read more at Legion Hardware.
