Canon Optura 200MC — a DV camera supporting direct photo printing
Canon announced the release of its new DV camera — Optura 200MC. Besides Digital Video and Motion-JPEG (MJPEG) recording, it supports some of still imaging functions: 1.33-megapixel shots with direct printing to select Canon photo printers, including CP10 (4È5 cm) and CP100 (10È15 cm) as well as S820D, S830D and S530D.
The cam features 10È optical lens, 200È digital zoom and Optical Image Stabilization. Optura 200MC has two different photo and video processing chips to consider different characteristics of PC monitors and TV screens. Exif Print (Exif 2.2) is used at direct printing.
