Two new LCDs from Sony
Sony presented two new LCD monitors of Premierpro line — 18.1-inch SDM-P82/B and 23-inch wide-format SDM-P232W/B. Both displays will be released in black and silver cases, support Eco Mode and feature analog and digital DVI-D inputs.
18.1-inch P82-B supports resolutions up to 1280x1024, features 0.28 mm pixel size, 300 candles/sq.m max. brightness, 400:1 contrast, 50 ms response time, 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angle, 28-92 kHz line scan, 48-85 Hz frame scan.
23-inch P232W/B supports 1920x1200 resolution and features 16:10 side ratio.
Both displays will appear for sale in September, the provisional price of P82/B is about $1200, of P232W/B — about $3000.
