Minolta recalls some DiMAGE 7i cameras
Today Minolta announced that it recalls a part of DiMAGE 7i shipments. It concerns devices with 95217273-95219999 and 96201000-96226022 serial numbers, sold in July 2002 or later.
According to the company, the problem is minor a possible Main Switch defect. They underline this doesn´t touch DiMAGE 7 cameras at all.
All owners of DiMAGE 7i with aforementioned serials are offered to send their cameras to the company. Minolta will replace defect switches and return cameras. Naturally, the company will pay for the expenses. The address to send cameras to:
