New 512MB CF flash memories from IO-DATA

Late in October IO DATA is to ship Compact Flash Type1 CFS series from 32MB to 512MB in capacity, based on new Hitachi chips.

CFS cards have 3-year warranty. The suggested prices are: $480 for 512MB card, $165 for 256MB, $82 for 128MB, $46 for 64MB, and $30 for 32MB.
