Dell announces OptiPlex SX260 mini-desktop
On the wave of miniature PC success Dell Computer announced the dictionary-sized OptiPlex SX260, weighing a bit over 3 kg. The new system can be situated both vertical, and horizontal.
OptiPlex SX260 can feature Intel Pentium 4 or Celeron. Minimal configuration will cost $599, typical, with 2 GHz Pentium 4, 256MB RAM, 20GB HDD, 15-inch LCD and CD-ROM will cost $1499. Initially the company plans to ship OptiPlex SX260 to Japan, and later – to other regions.
