Chaintech announces two new mobos
Chaintech announced two new motherboards: Socket A 7NJL (Apogee series) and Socket 478 9EJS1 (Zenith series).
Chaintech 7NJL features nForce2 SPP Northbridge (w/o integrated graphics), 3 DIMM sockets, 6 PCI slots, AGP 8x slot, 6-ch. audio (CMedia 8738), 6 USB 2.0 ports (2 – on the external 3.5" C-Box), LAN port. Like other Apogee boards, Chaintech 7NJL is bundled with color round IDE cables and software. The approximate price of Chaintech 7NJL is about 160 euro.
Chaintech 9EJS1 Zenith bases on i845PE + ICH4 chipset bundle, supports Hyper Threading, has AGP 4x slot, 6 PCI slots, CNR slot, 6-ch. audio CMedia 8738), 6 USB 2.0 ports (2 – on the external 3.5" C-Box along with a Firewire 1394 port), LAN connectivity, and is bundled with all Zenith series accessories. The approximate price of Chaintech 9EJS1 is about 217 euro.
