TwinMOS announces DDR333 (PC2700) CL2 Unbuffered

Yesterday TwinMOS Technologies announced new DDR333 Unbuffered modules with CAS Latency 2.

They will feature 128Mb, 256Mb and 512Mb capacities, work under all DDR333-enabled platforms. The modules feature 6-layer PCB, feature 30-micron galvanic-coated contacts and have the lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.
