Mushkin announces 256Mb PC3500 DDR modules

Mushkin Enhanced Memory Systems, a division of Ramtron, announced new "overclocker’s" Unbuffered PC3500 DDR SDRAM modules.

Featuring 2.5-4-4 timings and 32x8 organization, novelties are based on 6-layer PCB with optimized circuitry design and have copper heat-sinks. 5ns module chips operate at 433MHz (DDR). MSRP of 256Mb Mushkin PC3500 DDR modules — $129.
