Chaintech prepares GeForce FX NV3X family of graphics solutions
DarkCrow posted excerpts from the updated February presentation of Chaintech Korea about GeForce FX solutions to be released (click images for more info).

As you can see, besides GeForce FX 5800 Ultra (FX81 Apogee Edition and FX80) with SCHT (Super Conducting Heathpipe Technology), 128Mb DDR-II and familiar 500/1000MHz clock speeds, and FX70 on GeForce FX 5800 with 128Mb DDR-II, 400/800MHz clock speeds, the company plans to release at least three more GeForce FX graphics cards (marked NV3X for now) for FX60 and FX40 series on DDR-I.
FX60 will include three models with 64Mb, 128Mb and 256Mb 128-bit memory. At that 64/128Mb card will feature 300/550MHz clocks and a 256Mb version 350/500MHz clock. Their design also supposes VIVO support.
FX40 cards with 64/128Mb of 128-bit DDR-I memory and 250/400MHz clocks will only feature TV-out, being mainstream GeForce FX solutions.
Well, let’s wait for all these to arrive. It’s hard to say anything about their performance now, but prices promise to be suitable for the mainstream segment.
