ASUS rejects VIA KT400A?
According to our colleagues from OCworkBench, referring to their own sources, ASUS decided to pause the production of VIA KT400A-based motherboards.
The reason is rather clear and simple: the release of improved VIA KT600, differing from KT400A by 400MHz FSB support. According to provisional data, VIA KT600 will be released in early in May. It seems we were right about the fact that some makers will decide to use KT600, passing KT400A by, as rumours indicate we should see corresponding processors by that time as well.
