ATI officially launches RADEON 9600 PRO shipments

ATI Technologies officially informed about retail shipments of RADEON 9600 PRO graphics cards.

According to the press release, RADEON 9600 PRO cards are the mainstream <$200 products. As for GPUs, they are made by TSMC using 0.13µm process technology.

If you remember, RADEON 9600 PRO GPU was announced as far back as two months ago, so today ATI just waved the start flag.
