Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc presents a new PSRAM series
Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. presented a low-power Pseudo SRAM (PSRAM) chip series requiring 2.3V to 3.6V supply voltage. These 1Mx16 and 2Mx16 chips are designed for mobile handsets and other portable devices.
The access time is 70ns or 100ns, standby current is 50µs and 100ms, respectively. Chips differ by "industrial" temperature conditions: from 40°C to +85°Ñ and are compatible with Fujitsu, Toshiba and NEC devices.
IS32WV16100 and IS32WV16200 are made using the single-cell core technology with a simple I/O interface for smaller crystal size. Novelties are packed into a 48-pin miniBGA package.
