SL-CT710 — new series of portable CD players from Matsushita
Matsushita announced new series of portable
CD-players with built-in digital amplifier, SL-CT710, that will go on sale Sep
20.
This digital amplifier, according to the manufacturer, allows to boost sound
quality while playback. In particular, it removes all the noises so users enjoy
"pure" CD sound. Among other features of the models it should be mentioned
automatic amplification factor control (Digital-Auto Gain Control) technology,
allowing to avoid sound distortion while playback.
Players support CD-R/RW media and able to playback MP3 files with bitrate of
32k-320 Kbps. According to manufacturer, supplied Ni-MH power source gives up
to 45 hours of continuous playback while separately selling HHF-AZ01S/1B increases
the time up to 188 hours. Players´ dimensions – 134.4 x 134 x 17.4 mm, weight
– up to 196 grams.
