1. Compulsory

1. Do not spam.
2. Do not abuse or insult anyone.
3. Do not flood or troll.
4. Do not flame (unless you post in the Flame forum).
5. It is strictly forbidden to post:
1. Appeals to violate current legislation; messages that inflame racism or international dissention along with everything else that violates current legislation.
2. Messages related to warez, cracks, etc.
3. Deliberately false information, slander, provocative messages, deliberately distorted facts and post contents (this includes referring to older messages post-edited to better suit one's current opinion).
6. Do not post without permission of BBS administration:
1. Advertising content (this includes appeals to visit one's website and messages clearly posted for promotion purposes). If you believe your information may be useful to forum visitors, contact BBS administration.
2. Messages related to buying, selling or exchanging anything. (Given there is a lot of requests, a separate forum may be created for this purpose).
3. Messages to revive threads closed/removed by BBS administration.
7. On making new threads:
   1. Do not use CAPITAL LETTERS in thread titles.
   2. Do not make a new thread, if the matter has already been discussed.
   3. Before posting about a problem, search for a solution.
   4. Make new threads only in corresponding forums.
   5. Do not make similar new threads in one or several forums at once. If you feel your problem is related to more than one topic, post it either in the General forum, or select one most suitable forum, or contact BBS administration.
   6. Do not decorate thread titles, e.g. "-= My thread =-".
   7. Briefly state your problem in the thread title. Provide problem details in the post.
   8. If you do want to get a constructive answer to your message, be sure to provide all the details of your problem; corresponding PC configuration; what has already been done; and what you want (what kind of answer you expect).
8. Other rules:
   1. Do not use website URLs, abusive/obscene wording or over 70% of CAPITAL LETTERS in nicknames.
   2. Do not use CAPITAL LETTERS, smilies, heading tags and quotes excessively.
   3. Do not post large images. Give a link to them instead.
   4. Adhere to the rules of grammar.

2. General

1. The BBS is post-moderated. Messages are checked after being posted.
2. All posts reflect views of their respective posters. BBS administration bears no responsibility for post contents.
3. "Accidents will occur in the best regulated families." Do not pay attention to people behaving stupid. Do not mock such people -- little to no attention is the best weapon against forum stupidity. Do not pay such people back in their own coin, even if you believe you were insulted. Instead, notify BBS administration.
4. If you are new to the BBS, do not pay attention to every tone of voice. Some people may already know each other and have nothing against talking to each other like that.
5. If you made a mistake, e.g. duplicated a message or wrote it incorrectly, edit the message instead of posting another. If you forgot to add information you deem vital, you may make a new post adhering to common sense (e.g. if someone has already posted something after your incomplete message).

Not knowing the Rules does not exempt from liability for Rules violation.
